A story in a few dates:
1155: First mention of the estate under the name of Manso de Biars, a fertile land where agriculture thrives.
1727: Joseph Bonnier de la Mosson, treasurer of Louis XV, acquired the estate and undertook major works.
1882: Henri Marès, a visionary agronomist, became the owner and worked to preserve the richness of the land.
2007: An enthusiast brings the estate back to life after years of abandonment, the restaurant with care.
2021: The Eoden group is injecting a new eco-responsible philosophy, transforming Biar into a high-end hotel where luxury rhymes with respect for the environment.
