General Sales Conditions: Flexible rate

Deposit: 50% of the amount of the stay (excluding additional extras) is to be paid at the time of booking.

Balance: to be paid on site on the day of your arrival.

Cancellation: free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. The deposit received will be refunded.

Cancellation after 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date or no show: any amount received will be retained by the hotel and the balance will be charged. If additional extras, you must refer to the conditions relating to the extras.

Modification of stay: possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, we will send you a new stay proposal with new price conditions. From 47 hours before arrival, the reservation becomes non-changeable and we will no longer be able to modify the booked stay, any modification will incur a fee of 100% of the modified nights.

Modification of stay: In the event of a change in the date of arrival and/or the date of departure, the amount of the initial stay will be retained in full by the hotel, as compensation. If additional extras, you must refer to the conditions relating to the extras.
