La Table de Biar, a “slow food” cuisine

We work with local and seasonal products in order to guarantee you a taste experience as close as possible to nature and its cycles. Our products are carefully selected and meet criteria respecting animal welfare as well as the environment. Also, we offer products from our permaculture vegetable garden as well as from passionate local producers.

Our suppliers


At La Table de Biar we cook fresh, seasonal and local products. It is particularly important to us to respect nature, animals and everyone’s health and we are constantly looking for the best products to provide you with a quality experience.

From land to plate

Because we want to offer you the best, we offer you, as soon as we can, dishes based on products from our vegetable garden “Les Jardins de Biar”. Located at the entrance to the estate, it is cultivated by our gardeners with the greatest care. Our orchard also offers us its fruit production depending on the season. In the same way, our hens allow us to offer you fresh eggs every morning. Do not hesitate to go and discover it: our domain is a place open to all, take advantage of a short walk after your meal to enjoy the pleasures of nature in this haven of relaxation.
